Your workspace

These terms apply to Onside Hub at hub.onsidegrowth.com.au, provided by Onside Growth as part of agreed agency services.

Your organisation’s service agreement determines its scope, fees and commercial arrangements. These terms cover workspace use alongside that agreement. Available reports, connections and tools depend on what is enabled for your business.

Accounts and authority

Use an account assigned to you and access only the organisations, workspaces and information you are authorised to use. Keep sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must have authority to connect an account, provide business information, invite a colleague or approve an action on your organisation’s behalf. Workspace administrators are responsible for reviewing their users’ access.

Do not bypass access controls, seek another client’s information, share access without permission or use Hub for unlawful or harmful activities.

Your information

You and your organisation retain your rights in the business content and information you provide. You authorise us to process that information and use relevant service providers to deliver the agreed services and the features you choose to use.

Provide information you are entitled to share. Keep passwords, access tokens and unnecessary sensitive information out of conversations and content fields. Use the supported account-connection process for authorising external services.

Our Privacy Policy describes account data, connected reports, AI processing, providers, browser storage and privacy requests.

Reports and AI assistance

Reports depend on the information, measurement settings, date ranges and availability of connected providers. Delays, missing data and differences between providers can affect results. A measured event is not automatically a unique customer, enquiry or sale.

AI can help explain available information and prepare suggestions. It can make mistakes or omit context. Review important statements, source data and proposed content before relying on them or approving work.

When you use AI features, relevant messages, workspace context and selected connected-report results may be processed by our AI provider, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Hub and its AI assistance do not guarantee search rankings, sales, conversions or a particular marketing return. Agency guidance and your business knowledge remain part of making decisions.

Reviewing changes

Where a supported production-change feature is enabled, an authorised person must review and approve the proposed change before it is applied. Check its content, target website or account, and intended effect.

Saving a draft, seeing a preview or receiving an AI suggestion does not publish a change. AI does not approve its own production changes. Changes remain limited to the operations and permissions enabled for your workspace.

Availability and service

Hub relies on connected platforms and other providers. Maintenance, provider restrictions, expired permissions or technical faults can interrupt a feature. We will work with you to investigate issues within the agreed service scope.

Fees, support arrangements, service changes and cancellation conditions are set out in your service agreement. These terms do not create a separate self-service subscription or change an agreed fee.

We retain rights in our platform and materials, subject to any rights granted in your service agreement and applicable law.

Ending access

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a security issue, misuse, a legal requirement or the end of the agreed service. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and work with your organisation to resolve it. Urgent security issues may require immediate action.

Contact us to arrange ending access, disconnecting services or requesting available copies, correction or deletion of information. Disconnecting or ending access does not automatically erase stored reports, conversations, backups or records needed for security, audit, contractual or legal purposes.

Rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

We will show revisions on this page and communicate material changes affecting ongoing use. Any required agreement to changed commercial arrangements is handled under your organisation’s service agreement.

Questions or concerns can be sent to info@onsidegrowth.com.au.
